IN-SHOP Hardware Services LABOR FEES — billed at $100.00 per hour (one hour minimum), and continue at $25.00 every quarter hour there after. Almost all repairs and/or upgrades can be completed within one and a half hours. We honor our quoted price at time of receipt of hardware, even if it takes us longer to complete the job.
We only use new, manufacturer specified parts in our repairs and/or upgrades. We do not mark up parts.
Because we do not maintain stock inventory, clients are responsible for actual purchasing and payment of purchased parts.
We offer NO CHARGE HARDWARE DROP OFF & DELIVERY within the boundaries of Rogue River and Wimer in the Rogue Valley, Southern Oregon.

Our Pick-Up and Delivery Service is based on our Trip Fee Charges. Each roundtrip incurs a pick up and delivery charge.
Physical addresses which are outside of the boundaries of the City of Rogue River and Wimer, Oregon will be charged an "Out of Service Area Trip Fee" as described in the "Terms of Use" on this website.

ONSITE Hardware Services LABOR FEES — billed at $150.00 per hour (one hour minimum), and $75.00 per half hour therafter.
